Upon booking confirmation you will be sent a sleep questionnaire and client agreement to fill out, these need to be completed and sent back to me 72hr prior to our consultation. This then allows me to type up your customised sleep plan.
During the consultation I will talk you through your little ones sleep plan, exactly what to do step by step. You will then choose a night to start implementing the changes and your support will pick up from the next day.
At the end of our three weeks together you will be sent a final email which is a where to from here, there will be information on your little ones next nap transition, guides on awake times, on travelling, sickness and regressions. My aim is to set you up so that you can be confident moving forward.
